Aabbco LLC is an authorized dealer of hardware and
software products from leading technology manufacturers. Aabbco LLC does
not sell used, refurbished, open box, return or off-lease products
(unless otherwise specified). We sell products that are brand new and
come with full manufacturer warranty and support (unless otherwise
specified). Our products are guaranteed to be factory-sealed (unless
burn-in or assembly is required by Aabbco LLC) and shipped in original
box (when safe and practical) with CDs and documentation as applicable,
directly from the manufacturer, from our distribution warehouse, or from
our home office (unless otherwise specified).
Shipping:
We usually ship via FedEx, UPS, US Mail,
Currier, or Common Carrier. Shipping & handling fees are fully disclosed
on our estimates, on our invoices, and apply to all continental,
contiguous USA addresses. Extra charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska and
Puerto Rico addresses (email
sales for S&H to HI/AK/PR). We pride ourselves on our professional
packaging and shipping. In-stock items usually ship within one business
day of payment receipt. We do not ship on weekends. We can only ship to
street addresses, not P.O. Boxes. We cannot ship some items to non-US
addresses (Canada, Europe, etc.) at present. Please call us before
placing an order if you'd like overseas shipping. Standard shipping does
NOT include insurance - if you would like us to ship insured, please
request this explicitly. We are not responsible for packages lost or
misplaced by FedEx or UPS (or other carriers). If you elect not to
require insurance, then you have agreed to self-insure the package and
its contents.
Returns:
For non-local sales, Aabbco LLC offers a 15-day
money-back guarantee if your item does not perform as advertised*. The
guarantee applies to the item purchase price and any sales tax paid. If
items are returned for any reason other than performance, a minimum 15%
restocking fee may apply. Any shipping/handling fees paid is
non-refundable, and buyer pays for return shipping. To qualify for
refund, items must be returned in mint condition with all original
packaging, components, CDs, manuals, cables, etc. For items with free
shipping offers, our cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund
amount. All sales are final after 15 days and no returns are accepted
after that period. All warranties stay in full effect.
*Note 1: VoIP system, phones, adapters,
cards and other components are not returnable for any reason. We
recognize that due to the newness of the VOIP technology, you may be
purchasing these items hoping that they will work in your network or PBX
environment. However Aabbco LLC makes no representations, express or
implied, with respect to the compatibility of a VoIP component with your
system or environment, or its suitability for any particular purpose.
*Note 2: Other items not expressly listed above may also be
subject to the no-returns policy. Please check with your Aabbco LLC
salesperson prior to purchase.
In all cases, if
an item is defective, you are entitled to warranty repair from the
manufacturer within the warranty period.

We will attempt to resolve your problem via phone or email. In case the
item must be returned for repair, you MUST obtain an RMA # and return
instructions from us before returning the item. No returns will be
accepted without an RMA #. Buyer pays for return shipping. Units
returned will be tested and if found defective, repair will be
attempted. If repair is not possible, a replacement will be shipped.
Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at
customer's expense. Units found to have been damaged by customer will be
repaired at customer's expense with prior customer authorization.
Extended care warranty is available for many items to cover shipping
costs on items returned for repair.

We offer a simple, low price guarantee on Talkswitch products purchased
from us. If another authorized dealer is offering a lower price, we will
match or beat that price (send us the URL or written/email quote). If
another authorized dealer is offering free incentives with your
purchase, we will match or beat those incentives. If you find a lower
advertised price within 30 days of your purchase from us, we'll refund
100% of the difference.

All contracts for product or services are
entered into in Concord, California. You agree that any legal action
brought against Aabbco LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of
California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree
that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any action or proceeding
brought by any party or arising from your use of or orders made to
Aabbco LLC shall be an appropriate federal, state, county, or local
court located in Contra Costa County, California, and as near as
practical to Concord, California.
Attorney's
fees and costs in action on contract:
The prevailing party in any suit, action,
arbitration or proceeding to enforce any provision of this Contract will
be awarded reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in that action
or proceeding or in efforts to negotiate the dispute.
