insurance, rush charges, hot swap charges, expedite charges, sales tax,
pro-rated fees, or any other charges or time incurred to "RMA" the
item(s). |

a remote location through the Internet to connect onsite to observe,
troubleshoot, or remedy an issue or a question for a client. Time is
accrued in 1/10th of an hour (0.1 hour) increments (6-minute
increments). |

the clients behalf through email (new emails created, and for email
replies) to answer questions, troubleshoot, or remedy an issue or
a question for a client. Billable time is accrued in 1/10th of an hour

Per-Diem: An overnight stay is counted as
two days. There is no Per-Diem charged for one-day jobs. |

Cost: The standard "walk-in" price (AKA
"End-Column price). The end-user (client) is NOT afforded any
trade-discounts or any negotiated-discounts afforded to Aabbco LLC.
Translation: Cost is the price the client would pay if they purchased or
rented the item directly from the same supplier. The billable charge to
the client is the "cost" multiplied by 5.65 times ("cost" x 5.65 =
billable charge). If an item costs $10 the billable charge to the client
is: $56.50. For rentals the multiplier is 130%. If a rental "costs" $100
the client's billable charge is $130. |
